What a wonderful destination is Venice for a luxury wedding! Venice is unique, we all know, and of course, is perfect for any typology of wedding style. I remember very well the first meeting with Kelly and Riccardo: I was very ill (high temperature) but I decided to discuss immediately with the bride all the details of their luxury wedding in Venice. They contacted me in February, planning the wedding for a Saturday of June same year, so it was extremely important to start immediately.
I got in contact with many venues according to the style they wanted. The wedding date was really full of requests, but we found different possibilities and I have organized the site inspections for the next week.
After two days of visits, it was clear that the venue they fell in love with was the Marriott that perfectly reflected their idea of a luxury wedding in Venice.
A rainy day in Venice that became sunny at the time of the “I do”! Unfortunately, the weather was terrible but all the suppliers worked in synergy to make everything perfect.
The flower arrangement and set up of the symbolic ceremony were promptly moved to the backup plan and we all worked hard to make the arrival of the guests out of any risk. In fact, they arrived by boat and we had to calculate a new itinerary since it was a very rainy and windy day.
At the end of the ceremony, the weather was beautiful, perfect to leave flying two white doves as a blessing of the new spouses.
The wedding dinner was perfect, full of entertainment moments such as Brasilian dancers and various surprises! From the invitations to the setup of the tables and finally the cake, we followed the theme of “angels” with a modern vision. Everything was perfectly studied in every single detail to make an unforgettable luxury wedding in Venice!
